Stunning Country House in Hampshire

Arrive in the wilderness of Hampshire to this cosy, stylish home. Light the wood burner and some candles, pop your favourite playlist on the state of the art Bang & Olufsen speakers and get snuggled up on the big cosy cream sofa. Grab your favourite book and a glass of wine and settle into the peaceful tranquility of this special space. The space This stunning historic property is detached, and the only house sitting close to the beautiful Church. Park in the driveway, then walk up through the garden to the old kitchen door. Upon entering you will be greeted by an expansive, beautifully designed kitchen with old church style windows. The open plan living style creates a sense of calm and spaciousness. Walk through the kitchen to the living area, with a cosy sofa, antique Chinese coffee table and a well hidden TV. Through to the hall space which is very child friendly, with plenty of books and toys if you have little ones. The utility room is beautifully designed with french antique tiles and a reclaimed sink. You will find a washer and dryer for your use. There is a downstairs toilet and shower room just off the boot room, which is very helpful after muddy winter walks! Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms - two with king size beds and 1 with a double bed. Two of the bedrooms are incredibly spacious, and one is a little smaller and cosier! Master Bedroom 1 has an en-suiye bathroom with both bath and shower. This bathroom can be shared with Master Bedroom 2 as it has an a-joining door. This can be locked should you not wish to share the bathroom. Master Bedroom 2 has plenty of space, including the king size bed and plenty of space for a travel cot if you are travelling with a baby. As mentioned, this room can have access to the Master bedroom 1 en-suite, or you can use the bathroom downstairs. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and access to the downstairs shower room and toilet. Outside there is a sizeable dining table and a firepit. A lovely garden that offers peaceful space for reading and resting. There is a gate that leads directly into the church space where you can walk out into the woods for a lovely 8 minute walk to the nearest pub. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, apart from a few locked cupboards with the owners belongings. Other things to note From January 2024 the barn across the lane from the main house will be a functioning yoga studio with 2 classes per day. This will not affect guests but may mean there is a little light traffic around the class times as guests arrive. This is only relevant to note as for the rest of the time there is barely a car that drives past! Guests are of course invited to join the yoga classes if they are interested.
