For information contact us. The space This is an entire flat on the ground floor of the stone house. Access is possible for children's trolleys and people with reduced mobility, provided they can climb only two steps. The main living area comprises a lounge with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, and opens onto a private terrace with views of the village hillside. The wooden floor and ceiling and the exposed natural stone walls are a perfect contrast to a rustic but modern house with all the comforts of home - fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge, flat-screen TV, soft, relaxing sofa and divans, large table for entertaining guests, etc. In winter, the log fire creates a timeless atmosphere. You can easily accommodate two people in the living room with a view of the fireplace. The layout of the room has been designed with this in mind, and personally it's the place I like best for relaxing. The terrace offers views over the whole village and is a haven of peace. It has enough space and is safe enough for a child to play under adult supervision. Ideally orientated, it is a restful place for the eyes and the soul. The corridor leads to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washing machine and a large vanity unit with two washbasins and a bidet. In the middle of the corridor is the first bedroom, with a large wardrobe, a double bed and a dresser, all very spacious. All the furniture has been renewed and is very recent. At the end of the corridor is a second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. It provides very spacious accommodation for two people. Once again, all the furniture has been renewed and is very recent. But the highlight is the terrace, paved with natural stone from the region . Very large, giving you a 270-degree view of the green hillside and the village. A real haven of peace, it's the place to be if you want to enjoy your favourite drink or meal at any time of day, in the shade of the birds or cicadas - depending on the season. Personally, it's my favourite place to enjoy a Greek coffee with a loukoum and a large glass of water. Cheers. All rooms (except the bathroom) have central heating and air conditioning.
