The master bedroom features a double bed, a smart TV, a dedicated workspace and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, consisting of one double and three singles, accommodating up to 5 guests. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a twin-size bed, perfect for accommodating an additional 3 guests. A second full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor to serve all guests. Step outside onto our expansive second-floor terrace, where you can soak up the sun's rays, enjoy a refreshing barbecue on the grill (extra cleaning fee applies), or gather around the outdoor dining table for memorable meals with beautiful ocean views. Our beach house is just a short stroll from the sandy shores, where you can indulge in a variety of water activities, sunbathe, or simply relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves. Guest access Besides having full access to the house, you’ll also be able to enjoy the common areas the community has to offer, such as the pool, game room, kids play area, minimarket and restaurant. Inside the house, some storage spaces will remain locked due to them being for owners/staff only. Other things to note The stove and water heater run on gas. If gas runs out during your stay, please let us know so we can arrange for someone to install a new tank. It is required that the person making the reservation specifies exactly how many guests will be staying and send a list with their names and ID numbers (including children). We will also need make, model and license plate of each car entering the community. The property's total capacity is 10 guests. The final booking price varies according to the number of registered guests. If new guests are added to the ones registeres initially, an extra charge will be made accordingly. For long-term stays (2 weeks and up), cleaning of the apartment will be needed on a weekly basis. There is an extra charge of $35 per week (not counting the first week, which is already covered by the cleaning fee in the reservation). If you require a higher cleaning frequency, please let us know! Gatherings are allowed only among the people specified in the reservation, however loud music should not be played until late at night. External guests who are not part of the initial guestlist will not be allowed into the community.
