The bright open-plan space includes a bedroom area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, plus a comfortable living space with sofa bed. Ideal for couples/families, remote workers and longer stays, it’s set in a quiet village with countryside walks nearby. A shop, two pubs and an Indian takeaway are within walking distance, with a petrol station one mile away. Guest access Guests have private access to the annexe via their own separate entrance, offering complete independence and privacy throughout their stay. The accommodation is all on one level and is accessible via a ramp, making it suitable for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility. A dedicated parking space is located directly in front of the annexe, allowing easy access at all times. Guests are free to come and go as they please, which works particularly well for remote workers, contractors and those with flexible or early working hours. Other things to note The annexe is attached to our family home but is completely self-contained with a separate entrance, so guests can enjoy their own private space. External security cameras are in place covering the driveway for safety; there are no cameras inside the annexe or in any private areas.
