Cozy Private Room in Mt View! Clean & Safe!

Clean and safe 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. This is a great location close to highways & downtown Castro. We are addressing recent reports of cooking after 10 PM and will be more strictly enforcing the quiet time policy for the comfort of all our guests. We kindly ask everyone to observe quiet hours to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. The space Laundry in unit, full use of kitchen/shared spaces, storage space for your bike/luggage + own chair/desk. Guest access You'll have access to all shared areas, the living room and dining room. You will have your own desk/chair/light. Wifi is included and all utilities. Other things to note I am staying two doors down. People who have stayed are generally long term (3 months or longer). Most of the people who have stayed have been G****le or F***ok engineers. It is generally a quiet house. Although I am two doors down, guests can knock on my door anytime, and I will check in with you to make sure you have everything you need. IMPORTANT: This is our residence and not a dorm so please do NOT bring or ask to bring any outside guests/non-booking guests inside our house for ANY reason.
