Ideal for recharging your batteries, our studio will welcome you about 500 m from the sea and the beautiful white sandy beaches of Saint Pabu. The space Located in an independent wing of our architectural villa, this 28 m2 cocoon is an invitation to relax. Furnished by an interior designer, it has been designed and decorated for you to have a pleasant stay. Composed of a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette with dining area and separate toilet. You will have direct access through a bay window from the bedroom, to a terrace and a landscaped garden that will be dedicated to you. Whether from the bedroom, kitchenette or shower room, you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea. Parking will be reserved for you in our secure parking lot. The cherry on the cake? You will enjoy completely private access to our indoor pool (10 x 3.5 m) during these time slots: from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Heated to 29°C all year round, it will offer you a moment of daily relaxation away from the sometimes unpredictable weather... *** The bathroom consists of: a walk-in shower and a large sink. You will find a hair dryer there. The kitchenette is equipped with a large sink, a two-burnerction cooktop, a small built-in fridge, a small built-in dishwasher and a microwave. You will find all the necessary utensils there. The bedroom is equipped with a closet for your clothes, a desk and a Philips Smart TV. You will enjoy free Wi-Fi and bed and bath linens provided. With a charging station (7 Kw) for electric vehicles, we will give you access on request outside of our personal charging periods for a flat rate of 10 euros per charge up to 50 Kw or 20 euros for larger charges.
