I use the Floor Fan (in the 2nd Bedroom) to blow Air into the Rooms if it gets really hot. There is a lift from the Garage to the 2nd Floor where the apartment is located. There is also an entrance on the ground floor out to Fitzroy Street. Access is through the Key Fob provided.
