This Private villa is located in a two acre short term villa rental property with 2 other similar villas and an event venue. Each of the villas are gated to maintain privacy. The spacious villa has a total of 5 bathrooms with 2 private rooms with spacious hall and a dorm to accommodate the whole family or friends group. AIR CONDITIONER ONLY IN THE ROOMS Pool closes at 7pm. The space The spacious holiday home comes with a 43inch TV, Bluetooth speaker, microwave and fridge. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings and keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days. You can play music inside the villa at night. Air Conditioners installed only in the Rooms and None in the Dormitory The property comes with a common pool which is shared with other guests staying in other villas. A total of 3 villas, rooms and dorm is available inside the property. Food can be ordered in from nearby restaurant. Guest access Free parking at the premise. Guests have access to the common pool. Other things to note Each villas are provided with their own UPS backup so incase of power cut please use electricity wisely. No visitors allowed, additional guests charges applicable after 16 pax. No drinking and smoking near the pool area to maintain decorum. Fire crackers are not allowed inside the property. Swim wear compulsory for pool entry. No pets allowed near the pool area. Loud music after hours is not recommended outside the villa, you can shift into the spacious hall. Barbecue setup is chargeable and starts from ₹1300 Bonfire starts from ₹500 kitchen access starts from(to cook food for 10 guests and above) ₹1800 The above are per day charges and if required should be confirmed before check in. There are no additional charges to cook for kids and to prepare hot beverages.
