Have another couple you are traveling with or older kids? Book both apartment 2 and apartment 3 and you have a place for all 4 with completely private quarters for each and use the BBQ! Located just south of the Loop 202 freeway and a mile north of Phoenix Sky Harbor, you have access to all areas of the valley with ease. We are almost in the center of access to each of the spring training fields. If you are looking for a central spot for spring training, you have found it. We have a parking lot for off street parking, and street parking for visitors or extra vehicle. Laundry is on site in a separate laundry room. Relax outside near the picnic table or grill using the BBQ. Set in desert landscape, it is a nice quiet complex. Location is close to hospitals such as Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Oasis, Banner University Medical Center, Honor Health Osborn, St. Josephs, Abrazo Heart, and Valleywise. Great spot for traveling nurses. Location is central to all Spring Training Stadiums, the only stadium that is accessible with surface streets only is Scottsdale Stadium, all others are accessible from the loop 202 and interchanges. Apartments 2 and 3 share a wall and are a “duplex”. Each apartment is private with community space in the front. You will have your own private apartment and living space, only thing shared is laundry and front outdoor area is common space. If you have a family and need space for kids and adults and would like separate space, you can book both units to give older kids some space and adults their own space as well.
