The space They say everything is bigger in Texas and this outdoor space fits the bill. It's the perfect place to get out of the city and enjoy some fresh air. The expansive covered deck offers the best seat in the house for Sunday football or stargazing. There is comfortable outdoor furniture, a smart TV, a BBQ grill, zero-gravity chairs, and a complete dining set with an umbrella for added comfort. Bring your fishing gear and try your luck at catching catfish, perch, or white bass off the dock. Keep your eye out for the many turtles swimming in the cove. Inside you'll find a wood-burning fireplace, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a bar area with a beverage fridge and plenty of glassware for entertaining. You'll love getting cozy on the huge pull-out sectional for family movie night. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle (can sleep 4). The couch also pulls out into a bed and can easily sleep 2 or more. Upstairs you'll find a spa-like master retreat with a King-sized bed and a fully remodeled master bath with double vanity and tiled shower. Our home is pet friendly. While we do our best to thoroughly clean between guests, we do not recommend booking if you have pet allergies. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, outdoor space and 1/2 acre lot. There is ample parking for 2 cars in the driveway and extra space on the cul-de-sac. Other things to note Full size washer and dryer available for use; detergent provided.
