One parking pass is included with the reservation. One additional Parking pass may be purchased for $40 and must be done so 72 hours prior to arrival. The unit also includes complimentary Wi-Fi, Dish Network, and in-unit washer and dryer. There are stairs and elevator access up to the unit. Luggage carts are available for your use during loading and unloading. You have exclusive access to a private boat slip, #59 (Please note there is no lift). The slip is 20' wide and around 40' long. There is a boat launch available in the harbor for your use. Enjoy use of the fish cleaning stations available on the fishing docks. Due to HOA restrictions, all guests must be 25 years or older to book and the person who made the reservation must be present during the stay. A rental agreement will be emailed to you and needs to be signed within 48 hours in order to complete the booking & reserve your dates. A $300 hold is placed on the card on file 2 days prior to the booking and is released 7 days after the booking is completed. Your card is never charged unless there is an issue at checkout. Navy Cove Harbor is a private gated community. On your check-in day, the gate code will be provided. Parking is flexible with unassigned spaces, available in both covered and uncovered areas. Feel free to park anywhere within the premises, and kindly ensure the provided parking pass is visibly displayed in your vehicle at all times. You can take the stairs or elevator up to the first floor. The condo is located down the open hallway as you get off the elevator. There is an electronic lock on the door of the condo, just enter your lock code and the door will unlock. Please make sure the door locks each time that you leave the condo. To lock the door, simply pull it shut and hit the button that looks like a lock. The code to access the condo is sent to you on the day of check in. While I won't personally be on site, I will always be available to help if the need arises and my team can be there if you need anything! Located 18 miles down on Hwy 180, you will find the Navy Cove Harbor complex at the 3-mile marker. Although Fort Morgan offers serene escape, a quick 20-minute drive gets you to all the action in Gulf Shores, giving you the best of both worlds. If flying in be sure to check out nearby airports Pensacola & Mobile. You can also take The Mobile Bay Ferry that runs from Fort Morgan to Dauphin Island. If driving, you will have one parking pass included with your reservation. You may also park boat trailers on the grassy area outside the gate.
