Later check-in is possible but at your own risk as our support line might not be available anymore at that hour. ➤ Check-out time: before 10am ➤ You must actively notify us if you want to use the building's parking lot. We need to register your details at least 48 hours before arrival. SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
