Option to book a floating sauna on ocean 1 The base price for the apartment rental covers only 2 people and if you need separated bedrooms please send a request and we will be happy to prepare them for you. -Pet fee 750 nok / pet ( only one pet allowed) - Any additional guests will need to pay an extra fee of 200 NOK \ children 150 NOK per day. Please update the number of tenant in your bookings. 2 All guests must be registered with the host before checking in. If additional guests arrive during the stay, they must be registered and pay the additional fee before staying in the apartment. 3 If the apartment is book by 6 person we consider the person nr 5 and 6 as extra and sleep in livingroom area on bed couch 4 If the number of guests exceeds the maximum allowed, the host has the right to charge a extra fee or ask the extra guests to leave the apartment. 5 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. This includes tobacco, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. 6 If any evidence of smoking is found inside the apartment, a penalty fee of 3000 NOK will be charged to the guest's credit card. 7 In addition, if smoking inside the apartment triggers a fire alarm and the fire department is called, the guest will be responsible for paying an additional fee of 9573 NOK to cover the cost of the fire department's response. 8 All guests are responsible for ensuring that they and their visitors comply with the no-smoking policy. 9 If any guests violate the smoking policy, they may be asked to leave the apartment immediately and may not be entitled to a refund for the remaining days of their stay. 10 Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas outside the apartment building or in public areas where smoking is permitted by law.
