The space Centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, this is the perfect place for a group of up to 6 people looking to explore, work, or study, with everything needed a short walk away. SLEEPING: Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed 2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed 3rd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed Each bedroom features their own built-in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. Main bathroom with own bath and shower. Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, with toiletries provided including shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. CHILLING: Well appointed and comfortable living room with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV to select your favorite Streaming App or Local channel. DVD player and DVDs available to guests. A large outdoor patio space for outdoor dining and seating for 4 people. EATING: The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use. PARKING: Parking on the street is for local residents only, but there are a number of short term and overnight car parks that are available nearby and free to park in overnight. OUT AND ABOUT: Situated just next to Parkers Piece and close to Anglia Ruskin University, Mill Road, and the City Centre, this is a prime position for all occasions and an easy walk to many world renowned colleges and attractions. It is a 15 minute walk to Cambridge station and there is a National Express stop 5 minutes away around the corner. Many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby and easily accessible by foot. I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during your stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note - We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Extra guests are not allowed. - Superfast Wifi up to 150 Mb - Pets are not allowed - Travel Cot and High chair are available in the property for guests to use free of charge. - Please remove shoes while inside the property and place in the cupboard in the entrance hall. - We provide basic toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a Tesco Express or Little Waitrose minutes away. - This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own. WHO IS PASS THE KEYS?
