The space The house has: - 1 Room - spacious and cozy living room. - 1 Patio that has 3/4 of earthenware and the rest is garden. - 1 Kitchen - laundry room that has all the furniture to store kitchenware and food, and 1 area to wash clothes. - 1/2 newly finished bathroom, with accessories, ceramics and new toilet. - 1 front patio. On the 2nd floor: - 1 double bedroom with a newly purchased queen-size bed. Nice walls and new floor. - 2 secondary rooms with 1 bunk bed each new. New Paradise mattress, new sheets, pillows, and duvets. 1 dresser for storing clothes and 1 open coat rack. -1 Brand new full bathroom. Guest access The guest has access to the entire house. Other things to note 1) Access to people other than those registered is prohibited. No parties allowed, smoking allowed in the patio, but not inside the living room, kitchen, bathroom, or bedrooms. 2) We do NOT accept pets 3) No food or drink in the living room or bedrooms. If it occurs and furniture, walls, beds, sheets, floors and the like are soiled with food scraps, the cost for washing, repairing or replacing the damaged furniture, bed, sheets, floors or the like will be fully charged.
