Another must at Nash-Burg cottage is hike down to the private creek to explore and/or take a long walk on our country road day, or night for star gazing. The space Our completely remodeled inside and out cottage sits on 4.5 Gatlinburg-like acres. This is a privately owned property. You will be communicating with Jennifer, the owner. Nash-Burg is located just 18 minutes to Nashville, 32 miles to Clarksville and 51 miles to the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. Please keep in mind these minutes are an average. Nashville is a very growing city and certain times of day(rush hour) can make these travel times longer or shorter. This cozy cottage has 3 bedrooms, queen couch bed and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms has king beds, front bedroom has 2 twins OR can be converted to king bed-guest preference. PETS: Dogs only, TWO dog max, NO large breeds, guest will be required to tell host the breed of dog before booking. Please see all pet rules before booking. You order the decorations, have them delivered and we'll set them up(remember no parties at cottage) *Extra parking for boats, campers, trailers(inquire with host) DRIVEWAY: The cottage is located in the hills of TN which can cause a challenge for rear-wheel drive vehicles. It is recommended only front-wheel drive, AWD, 4WD are parked ON the driveway. There is one parking place that will support rear-wheel drive vehicles-please speak with host prior to arriving to discuss said spot. FIREPIT: Fire pit is available to guests. Wood, fire starters and clicker is provided. If guests plan on using the pit please send host a message requesting wood to be there when you arrive. The cottage is surrounded by woods and occasionally the county will issue a burn-ban, host will be UTD for you. Fire must be completely extinguished when left unattended. To quote Smokey the Bear, “only you can prevent forest fires” :) CORN HOLE BOARDS: Corn hole boards are for guests enjoyment. Nash-Burg is a perfect place to sit around the fire pit and play cornhole!
