Other things to note Important to Know Before Booking • Noise: Located above a nightclub open Thurs–Sun & holidays (6 PM–2 AM). Earplugs provided. • Pre-Arrival: ID verification required. Booker must be 21+. Security deposit/hold applies. If paying with a card not in your name, extra authorization is required. • Pets: $15 per pet per night (max 2). Breed restrictions apply. Rabies vaccination required. • Historic Building: Stairs only (no elevator). Plumbing is sensitive – flush toilet paper only. Water supply is usually consistent but may require occasional maintenance. Heating may be less strong in winter, so a portable heater is provided. • House Rules: Quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM. No parties, smoking, drugs, unauthorized guests, or excessive mess. Damages/violations will be charged. By booking, you agree to these terms.
