This property can accommodate 7 guests in total, including infants and children. The inground pool is perfect for a refreshing dip or simply lounging by the water's edge. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool or explore the nearby attractions, this family home is sure to create wonderful memories. Guest access You have unlimited private use of the home and pool. Other things to note Please do not park on the front grassed area. Driveway and street parking only. We have a strict no party, no event or gathering rule and observe quiet time from 10 pm - 7am where there should be no noise outdoors. 7 guest maximum including children and infants. ## Stays over 21 days will occur extra cleaning charges (cleaning fee x 2). ## Stays checking out on public holidays will be charged an additional $100 to cover increased cleaning rates.
