Dreamy Tiny Guest House on our horse farm!

Enjoy our private, dreamy guest house behind our home on our beautiful 8 acre property! Our modest home has a little elegance!! It is 320 square feet, with high ceilings, faux wood floors, kitchen and separate bath with soaking tub and marble tiled shower. ( NOTE-Smaller compact shower/tub to fit small space .) White walls, light and airy , soft gray tones and a few luxe items. There are lots of windows, quartz counter top and trendy back splash. Soft lush rug and chandeliers! The space We have a gravel driveway that leads you to the Guest House and we have a rustic country setting. (Sometimes the gravel driveway can get an occasional divot or two in areas due to the rain . FYI … but totally drivable. ) We have 2 houses on the hill as well as a barn and other back buildings but the Dreamy Guest House is behind the main home on the right . There are stepping stones to your space but no sidewalks as it is a farm, and we have a laid back, casual setting outdoors . We are close to shopping and restaurants and hiking trails and only 25 miles from Nashville . The Dreamy Guest House is adorable! Guest access We are off Columbia Pike/Highway 31 on 8 acres in between 2 subdivisions . We have a long country gravel driveway . You will park at a designated parking spot in the back of the property behind the main house on the right and will walk on stepping stones to the Dream Guest House . We live on the property and will show you to the home . You can enjoy walking the 8 acre property. We have horses and outdoor cats ! Other things to note Our property is a slice of heaven in this ever growing city! This dream tiny guest house is brand new and I invested all my savings into the beautiful space to create something special ! We ask that you remove your shoes when you enter to keep the lush rug clean and be careful with white walls and surfaces . This house was built with love and we want it to be treated respectfully and with extra care so it remains beautiful for all of our guests ! :) If you are comfortable being Conscientious yet cozy in our home, then this rental is for you . If you are not comfortable with these types of requests , then it is probably not the best place for you ! :) Also, the shower is smaller sized as well as the tub to accommodate tiny house living . :) Also note : we have a wall unit for air conditioner/heater. It does has a bit of noise but most guests are fine with that . Also we are in a country setting , no sidewalks and the gravel road sometimes gets a little washed out in areas so drive carefully and just be aware. We are also off of Highway 31 so make note of that too! I Also this is an entirely smoke free property. Also we do not allow pets, if you are bringing a service dog, we need to know in advance as there could be a higher cleaning fee.
