The space This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home offers a mix of a cozy home with modern simplicity! The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, spacious closet and in room smart tv. The second spacious bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed! Our home also offers a spacious living area, full bathroom with tub and shower along with full laundry and attached garage area. Our home is located close to the heart of Kings Mountain being just 4 minutes from the Catawba Two Kings Casino, 4 minutes from historic downtown and restaurants and 2 minutes from the Kings Mountain Gateway Trail which offers a beautiful natural environment perfect for walking, running or bike riding! We are also located just 11 minutes from the locally owned Veronét Vinyards for all wine lovers alike along with so much more! For our work traveling men and women, our cozy home is located 3 minutes from Atrium Health Kings Mountain Hospital, 20 minutes from Atrium Health Cleveland Hospital and 20 minutes CaroMont Regional Hospital in Gastonia, NC. We are also a short distance from local business parks including the Duke Energy Training Facility and Martin Marietta! Kings Mountain is growing and can only get better! From a relaxing stay to planning an exciting adventure, our home is the perfect spot for both! Prior to arrival, guests will be provided with a personalized code to the front door. This code is specific to the guest and will be active for the duration of their stay! Other things to note Our home is located on a neighborhood street not far from the local high school. As they are not a bother, traffic on our street does pick up slightly in the morning and afternoon due to students going to and from school! Otherwise, our street is quiet and friendly! Our neighbors are exceptionally friendly and are locals to Kings Mountain as well! Don’t be afraid to say Hello! Kings Mountain also has train tracks running through the middle of town, as they are not a nuisance, trains can be heard from time to time and we feel it very important to mention!
