Waterfront screened back porch, watch the beautiful sunrise and wildlife that leads down to a personal dock. The 2nd lot is perfect for parking boats/trailers! **6 guest maximum The space ** We have installed a Ring Motion Security light/camera on the garage for your protection as well as ours. 6 Guests maximum is strictly enforced. Violation of this will result in nonrefundable cancelation of your stay. Our property was my in-laws home away from home. We enjoy coming down to rest, relax and reset. This home is in a retirement community, peace and quiet is key. I hope you enjoy the large living areas, and (my favorite spot) the back porch overlooking the canal. The sunrises are beautiful, the variety of wildlife can be entertaining. Our personal dock does have an attached fish cleaning station. Keep an eye out for golf carts, that is the favored vehicle in the area. If you are here during a holiday, you may just see the golf cart parades that cruz through the neighborhoods. Our neighbors are wonderful and are happy to help if any need arises. They also have two beautiful dogs, very friendly. Guest access Entire home minus master bedroom closet. This is our personal storage Other things to note Door code will be provided the morning of your arrival. Wifi code is posted on the frig, in front of the TV, and also in the guest binder. We have the best neighbors who you may meet during your stay. They are more than willing to help or answer any questions you may have as I do live out of state. ** No Smoking 🚭 in the home. An ashtray is provided on the back porch. A $200 additional cleaning fee will be added if there is any odor or presence of smoking in our home. ** Drugs are 100% prohibited in or on our property!! Any evidence will result in a $500 additional fee.
