A deposit of 8,000 Thai Baht is required upon check-in and will be refunded if there is no damage to the villa's furnishings or smoking. The rental fee includes 1,000 Thai Baht per day for electricity. Other things to note Check-in Notice: 🙏 Please wear slippers when entering the room. 1. A refundable deposit of 8000 THB is required upon check-in. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine of 8000 THB will be imposed for any violation. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. 3. The maximum occupancy is 16 guests. An additional 1000 THB will be charged per guest for extra guests, including a set of bedding and towels. 4. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults and 2 children. For occupancy exceeding 16 guests, the charge is 500 THB per person per night. 5. Late check-out or early check-in requires prior consent and will incur a 2000 THB charge. 6. Please maintain quiet after 10:00 PM. No loud noise or music is allowed outdoors. 7. Guests are responsible for washing dishes and disposing of trash before check-out. 8. Two bags of charcoal (approximately 1 kg) are provided free of charge. Additional charcoal can be purchased for 100 THB for two bags. A/ Regarding Hygiene and Environment: Located in Thailand, our pool villa requires three types of staff for regular maintenance of the pool, garden, and villa due to the climate and natural environment: 1. Garden Maintenance [Gardener]: Thailand experiences rain and humidity year-round. Leaves fall daily, and large branches and leaves accumulate in the garden and pool after rain, necessitating cleaning by a gardener. The garden also harbors many tropical animals that primarily feed on plants and sometimes wander into the living area, requiring timely removal by the gardener to maintain cleanliness. 2. Pool Maintenance [Pool Guy]: The pool requires cleaning every 2-3 days. As it is an outdoor pool, fallen leaves and organisms, along with sunlight and rainwater, cause changes in water quality, requiring regular cleaning. 3. House Maintenance [HouseKeeper]: After check-in, guests will send a notification to the maintenance staff regarding the approximate maintenance time. Due to the inability to guarantee the staff's professionalism, they will ring the doorbell and wait for the guest's response before entering the villa. Guests are requested to inform us before booking or check-in whether they accept staff entering the villa during their stay. If not, please notify us to cancel the pool access. For the three routine maintenance tasks mentioned above, guests are responsible for cleaning the garden. The pool is not recommended for use after 3 days if it is not cleaned. Guests are responsible for maintaining and cleaning the indoor environment; any consequences will be the guest's sole responsibility. 4. Regarding Utilities (Water, Electricity, and Internet): Utilities in Thailand can suddenly stop without notice, such as due to weather affecting power lines or the internet, accidents, or construction. This can frequently cause water, electricity, and internet outages in the area without warning. In such cases, please be patient; the problem will be resolved.
