Situated above Villach, you can enjoy an impressive view of the Drava Valley as well as Dobratsch and Gerlitzen. Thanks to the excellent location, you can reach the highlights of the Villach region, Lake Faak, Lake Wörthersee and Alpe-Adria quickly and easily. The space The charming chalet offers a perfect mix of coziness and modern comfort. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living and dining area with elegant oak parquet floor and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The living area is the ideal place to relax, while the premium spring core beds in the bedrooms guarantee the highest sleeping comfort. The chalet features a stylish gallery that adds extra space and atmosphere to the living room, as well as a spacious glass facade that floods the interior with natural light. The triple-glazed windows offer excellent insulation and at the same time an impressive view of the surrounding natural landscape. The accommodation, which can be lived in all year round, is equipped with air conditioning and heating and ensures maximum comfort in all weather conditions. For your safety and convenience, there is a separate parking space for your vehicle and a protected garage for e-bikes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV offer modern entertainment at a high level. Comfortable sun loungers and an inviting lounge await you on the terrace. Guest access Guests can park comfortably in the in-house car park and reach their chalet via a short, easily accessible footpath. Other things to note Breakfast service: We offer you a lovingly prepared breakfast basket with fresh, regional delicacies at a price of €21 per person. Please order your breakfast basket no later than 6:00 pm the day before. The basket will be delivered directly to your door in the morning before 8:00 am.
