You will enjoy a comfortable seating area and a fire place during the cold months. The sunroom offers a cozy space to enjoy the lake views. From the Sunroom you can walk out onto the landing where you can soak and relax in the hot tub. Seneca Lake is renowned for gorgeous sunsets. This property provides the perfect spot to watch the sun set while sitting in the hot tub, on the landing, or down by the water on the dock. Guests will have access to the entire house, yard, and docks. 2 Kayaks are available for use, seasonally. (Memorial Day until Mid September) Life Jackets are to be worn at all times and available.
