On 2 floors and 115 m2 there are 3 bedrooms (1 connecting room), 2 newly renovated bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area with kitchen. There is a washing machine and table football in the basement. The space The bright, very spacious living/dining area has a cosy sofa and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, etc. From the living/dining area you have access to the large sun terrace with fantastic all-round mountain views. Beautiful garden furniture, a lounge corner and a barbecue await you. The 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the upper floor. 2 bedrooms have a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can also be pushed together to form a double bed. The bright daylight bathroom on the upper floor has a spacious shower, a washbasin and a WC. The covered balcony with a fantastic view of the neighbouring mountains also invites you to relax. There is a further bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Guest access You have Full Acces to the entire Hous and Garden. Other things to note Entrance to the house with a key-code which will be provided before arrival. Key to the Garage is in the House.
