The home is located on the Cape Split peninsula in Addison, Maine. Famous American artist John Marin lived on the Cape and his most famous paintings include this area. Surrounded by two bays and the Atlantic with beautiful cool summer breezes almost every day! A white sandy beach on a protected reserve is literally a five minute walk from the home. The home was built in 2004 and has everything you'd need for a wonderful stay. WIFI, completely stocked kitchen and an outside deck overlooking the bay are just some of the features. The home is about an hour northeast of Bar Harbor and a half hour south of Machias.
