Our home has a main modern family bathroom, consisting of a bath with an overhead shower, a wash basin, and a WC. The house also boasts a downstairs WC. Upstairs you’ll find three tranquil bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms boast comfortable double beds and space for your belongings. The third bedroom is home to a roomy single bed. Each bed has crisp, white bed linens and plush bedding. All bedrooms have room-darkening curtains to ensure you get a great night’s sleep. There is an enclosed garden which is a real bonus to this beautiful property. There is parking to the rear and free on-street to the front. There is free WiFi throughout for you to enjoy. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. We are located approximately a 5-minute walk from North Tees Hospital or a 5-minute drive to both Norton High Street and Stockton town centre. It is also well situated for both the A19 and A66 and travel times by car are approximately 15 minutes to central Middlesbrough (inc. Teesside University), 20 minutes to Redcar and 25 minutes to Darlington. Our property is also a perfect base to explore Teesside and the surrounding areas such as the Yorkshire Moors, the industry in the area, the award-winning beaches and the numerous wedding venues in and around the area. If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.
