Super Premium Room with Kitchen

Parking is easily available. It is free but on the roadside and not reserved 4. We are around 30 mnts from every tourist site in Dharamshala. 5. Room has a furnished Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, Gas top , electric kettle and basic cooking utensils. The space 1. The main gate of the property always remains locked. All guests will be given a key to access the main gate whenever they want to exit or enter the place. No staff would be available to do that. In case you still need help, please give a call to the caretaker, whose number is mentioned on the man gate. Other things to note 1. MAIN GATE OF THE HOTEL REMAINS LOCKED 24 X 7. SOMEONE IS INSIDE 24 X 7 TO RECEIVE YOU. Please do not get alarmed to see this at arrival. 2. EVERY RESIDENT GUEST IS GIVEN 2 KEYS. One for the room and one for the main gate, so that guests can comfortably move in and out at their own pace. Also it keeps the place safe/private by not letting unknown people walk into the property. 3. OUTSEDE SHOES /FOOTWEAR ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. We will provide clean slippers to wear inside the property and a safe locker to keep your personal footwear outside the reception. Please do not wear hotel slippers outside the property & do not wear outside footwear anywhere inside the property. 4. GAS IS CHARGED AT 100 per day in case you book a room with a furnished kitchen. 5. SMOKING is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Not even in rooms with balconies. 6. DESINATED SMOKING AREA is located outside the reception. Contact caretaker for assistance. 7. FIRST SET OF BED LINEN IS PROVIDED COMPLIMENTARY. Any changes after that is chargeable, irrespective of the length of stay or room category. 8. HAND/BODY SOAP ONE PER ROOM IS PROVIDE AT CHECK IN. Any extra after that is chargeable. 9. TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AT A NOMINAL CHARGE of Rs.50/towel and are not complimentary. 10. APOGIES IN ADVANCE BUT WE DON’T PROVIDE WIFI. 11. TV AND CABLE TV IS PROVIDED ONLY IN OUR PREMIUM/SUPER PREMIUM ROOMS. 12. WE DO NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE. How ever there are several options for delivery and we are conveniently located with access to all categories of food options. Please be prepared accordingly. 13. CARETAKER IS AVAILABLE FOR ASSISTANCE between 7.30 AM and 9.30 PM at 14. CALL 24 X 7 FOR EMERGENCIES: Caretaker or Booking No which is available on the main gate of property.
