The massive dock provides another fantastic spot to spend your day. The cottage is located in Winters Bay and faces west–southwest. The sun reaches the dock around 10:30 a.m. and shines there for most of the day. In the evening, you can enjoy stunning sunsets while relaxing on the dock, the deck, or during dinner—often truly spectacular This is a truly exceptional retreat—a perfect haven to escape and rejuvenate in spectacular surroundings. Conditions: Rental Contract Required Sleeps: 10 Max. occupancy: 10 including infants (No more than 7 adults) No smoking, Dog only, Max. 2, small to medium only, no “muscle” dogs No Parties or Events. No Groups of individuals Primary renter must be 35 years of age **Although there is a cleaning service, renters are still required to leave the cottage in a neat, clean, and tidy state. Please remember this is a privately owned home, not a housekeeping cottage or hotel.
