The space ♦️ About the Room The room offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere with excellent natural ventilation, along with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. It’s filled with natural sunlight during the day and features multiple lighting options at night — from bright and energizing to warm and cozy. You’ll enjoy a top-quality mattress for restful sleep, a spacious wardrobe, and a dedicated work/study corner designed for comfort and productivity. The room also has direct access to the balcony (shared with the living area), making it a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or simply get some fresh air. ♦️ Living Area The living area is the heart of the apartment — spacious, cozy, and ideal for both relaxing and socializing. It features a large 65” Smart TV, a super comfortable sofa, and a dining corner. There’s also an additional workspace connected to the living area, making it easy to work, eat, or unwind in one welcoming space. The balcony connects seamlessly to both the living area and your bedroom, creating a pleasant indoor-outdoor flow. ♦️ Kitchen & Bathroom The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals comfortably. Within a short 5-minute stroll, you’ll find everything you need — supermarkets, a bakery, grocery shops, a pharmacy, and ATMs, all conveniently close by.
