The apartment itself is completely new, fully equipped and has everything you need to feel at home quickly. The apartments in the house belong to different owners. Only occasionally are rented to guests, which gives the property its quiet, private character. Please note that: It is not a hotel business – but private holiday apartments. There is no reception, no hotel service and no gastronomy on site. The stay is ideal for guests who appreciate independence and tranquility. Of course, we are always available for any questions or concerns – but not directly on site. The apartment is spacious, bright and very cozy. A highlight is the terrace, which leads into nature and directly into the vineyards. From the large terrace you can also go directly to the outdoor pool. The view is stunning in all seasons. The apartment itself consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen-living room. There is also a dining area, a cozy couch and sitting area in the living room. The apartment has its own separate bedroom and a top modern bathroom. It is fully equipped and has everything you need to feel at home quickly. Amenities: TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) hair dryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle etc... The outdoor infinity pool is in operation from 1st of May to the 30th of October. Guest access You can just and flexibly check in with self check in Lockboxes are located at the house entrance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be easily reached via the staircase or the elevator. Other things to note In the meantime, I've had many years of hosting experience. I speak English, German, Italian and a bit of Dutch and French. My colleagues also speak Hungarian, Ukrainian and Russian. I am always reachable to my guests - by phone or also by text message. If there are any questions or in trouble, I am here and we will always find a solution. Babies and children are always welcome. I have two children myself and the apartment can be equipped with baby on the way: baby bed, bathtub, high chair, etc.
