LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Pack your bags and come enjoy this newly renovated, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home! This rental home sits on a channel with direct pier access to Wawasee Lake. We are within a short walking distance to Syracuse's best shops & restaurants! Cozy up on the large backyard deck next to the fire-pit that overlooks the water. The front yard is big enough to play any of your favorite outdoor games! The space Just a short distance away from Syracuse's best shops and restaurants in the area! The house is located on Indiana's largest natural lake, Lake Wawasee. The entire house has been newly renovated & comes furnished with all of the basic necessities. It is the perfect place for families! While you enjoy your stay with us, you will have direct access to pier space where you can park your personal or rented boat. Upon arrival you will find a spacious front yard with a fire pit to enjoy those summer nights. When entering the front door, you will be greeted by the dining room, a popcorn maker & the bright white kitchen. The kitchen has all the basic necessities you need to make your stay enjoyable. To the left of the front door after you pass the entryway, you will see the bunk room. This room has 1 full on full bunk and 1 twin on twin bunk. It will sleep 6 people. Has a dresser and TV. The washer and dryer are also located in that same room. Behind the front door to the right is a storage closet where you will find games for all ages, a 6 foot table & extra chairs. As you make your way past the kitchen there will be a full bathroom on the left. It has a large shower. There are extra towels & toilet paper in closet located in bathroom. The spacious living room has a large TV, fireplace, couch, loveseat & chair. As you look out of the back window, you will have a great view of the lake. Off of the living room is a bedroom with a queen size bed, full length mirror, closet, dresser & TV. As you make your way upstairs you will see another bathroom. It has a double vanity, tub/shower and extra towels in the cabinet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a futon, a chair, dresser, closet & TV. This spacious room has a great view of the lake. Directly across the hall you will come across the last bedroom with a queen size bed, a futon, dresser, closet & TV. The large back deck has a great view of the lake with outdoor table & chairs, a gas fire pit and a grill! In the garage you will find outdoor yard games, a smoker and a fish cleaning table. Guest access You will have access to the entire property except the closet under the stairway. Other things to note **No pets **No parties **No smoking *PARKING* 4-5 vehicles will fit in the driveway. If needed, park boat trailers in front of house. No parking in backyard or side yard/road! Must be 25 years old to book this property! Our house is on a 1-way street. You may want to unload your boat before coming to the house. *BOAT DOCK* The channel to park your boat is a bit narrow. If you’re a beginner, it may be somewhat challenging to back your boat up.
