Your safety is our priority, and we kindly ask you to observe all potential hazards when walking around the property, please exercise caution and adhere to the following guidelines: IN CASE OF FIRE: Each Villa is equipped with a Fire Extinguisher provided by Villa Sumajah, they are located underneath the kitchen sink in each Villa. They can be used in both electrical fire or flammables. POOL SAFETY: Our pool depth is approximately 1.45m. Please observe all pool safety signs and guidelines. Ensure that children are supervised at all times near the pool area. Drinking, eating or smoking are not permitted inside the pool. Pool activities must finish at 10pm to avoid disturbing other guests. MIND YOUR STEP: Villa Sumajah features beautiful in door/outdoor spaces with varied terrain and levels. Be mindful of your surroundings and constantly watch your steps, especially on uneven surfaces or stairs. We also rely on underground water tanks and Pump Rooms installed underneath each villa and one water tank at the parking lot area. PLEASE DO NOT STEP OVER OR WALK ON TOP OF THE UNDERGROUND PUMP ROOM OR WATER TANK COVER LIDS to ensure your safety and the integrity of our systems. SAFETY SIGNS: We've placed signs around the property to remind you of these safety measures. Your cooperation in following these guidelines is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain a secure environment for all our guests and staffs. NUISANCE: At Villa Sumajah we work hard to ensure our guests feel welcome, safe and free of hassle, however, please note that Bali is over developing fast and there are constructions happening all over the island, including close to the property, also Uluwatu is a vibrant tourist destination and some noises might be noticeable in some days due to proximity of the main street where shops, bars, restaurants and beach clubs are located. We apologise in advance if this may causes any inconvenience but please understand that this is outside of our property and responsibility. MAINTENANCE: The Villa Sumajah Management team reserve the right to carry on maintenance of the villa at any time, including but not limited to - housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance, replacement of appliances, painting work, access to the property and roof when necessary. APPEARANCE: Please note that the photographs provided are real at the time it was taken, however, it may not reflect the exact current appearance of the villa at the time of your stay. While we strive to maintain the villa's decor, furniture arrangements, wall colors, and overall ambiance as shown, some changes may occur between the time of booking and your arrival. CCTV: For your own safety and security of our property, Villa Sumajah have CCTV cameras installed across the property, including on the outdoor area of Villa 3. This specific camera was installed due to construction next door and it is pointed to the walls around the pool on the back end of the property. POWER OUTAGES: Please be aware that government maintenance on power lines may occur without prior notice during your stay. Unfortunately, these outages happens quite often and they are beyond of our control. However, we actively follow up with the relevant authorities and will keep guests informed of any developments. Kindly note that power interruptions also affect water supply, as our systems rely entirely on electricity. Thank you for your understanding.
