Solar dos bougainvilles - House in a condominium

Gated and ecological condominium in the city of Pirenópolis, two minutes from the historic center. There is a trail along the asphalt, for those who prefer to walk/bike. It has a picturesque balcony overlooking Morro do Frota, where there is a private solar-heated pool. The condominium is bathed by the Rio das Almas and offers a trail in the riparian forest and an internal walking track. Security with night patrols and 24-hour doorman. The space The house is newly built and has 3 suites, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor. On the ground floor, one of them has two single beds and the other a king size bed (the mattresses have been recently renovated and we periodically change mattresses). In the upper suite, there is 1 double bed, balcony, veranda and Home office. We have a dining room; reserved TV room, containing a sofa bed; American kitchen; balcony; toilet with another bathroom and hot water shower; suspended swimming pool in an open place, shower, charcoal barbecue; covered garage for one car and another uncovered car; a beautiful garden; a small orchard; Wi-Fi included; a smart TV in the TV room, with access to Netflix and YouTube; 3 split inverter air conditioners in the 3 suites. Guest access Guests can access the house, swimming pool, and common areas of the condominium, such as a walking track, outdoor gym, and children's playground, for example. Other things to note Following stricter cleaning protocols due to the pandemic, we are cleaning floors with bleach and soap; and other surfaces (glass, aluminum and countertops) with 70º alcohol. We are accepting up to 01 (one) small pet. We provide a Tramontina stainless steel portable barbecue grill. We provide pillows and lemons from the orchard. Guests must bring bed linens, bath towels, toilet paper, dish towels, and towels for the sink, stove, and paper filters for the electric coffee maker, as they are not provided. Because it is close to the riparian forest, there are mosquitoes in the garden, so it is better to use repellent. The pool is delightful, but small, measuring 3m x 6m. There are 2 ceiling fans and 1 table fan; there are 3 split air conditioners, one in each suite. There's a cold water filter. There's an electric coffee maker. There is a closet in one of the en-suites, and in another there are rustic bamboo shelves to support suitcases, bags and shoes. Behind the bedroom doors are hangers. As the balcony is surrounded by vines and trees, leaves constantly fall on the floor and into the pool, and guests can sweep them up and remove them from the pool with the strainer.
