Just off Hwy 91, the apartment is located in the quiet, historic neighborhood of Esteyville. The space The quaint, historic Esteyville neighborhood, home to this hidden-away Chestnut Street Apartment, is close to downtown (5 minutes driving or 15-20 minutes walking) and exit 1 of I-91. One off-street parking spot is available to guests. When the weather permits, enjoy the picnic table and the fire pit in the enormous back yard. Close to many beautiful hiking and cross country ski trails, swimming spots, and 35-40 minutes from the Mt Snow Ski Resort, the Chestnut Street Apartment is the perfect launching pad to enjoy all that Southern Vermont has to offer. Guest access Guests enjoy year-round off-street parking and a private, separate entrance to the apartment at the back of the house. Guests have full access to the huge backyard, and their own kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the hammock and Weber gas grill in the summer or the solo stove fire pit in the backyard year-round. An 8-ft picnic table can host all your meals if you choose. Other things to note The apartment is a short 15-20 minute walk to the Amtrak station, downtown Brattleboro restaurants and bars, and the Food Coop. Parking on the street is not allowed November through April, so please use the off-street parking spot alongside the driveway marked by the yellow poles in winter.
