For the comfort of all guests, pets of any kind and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the patio, and in common areas, as this is a no-smoking building. Additionally, there is a $150 monthly cap on SDG&E (energy) usage; any electricity charge exceeding this amount will be the tenant’s responsibility. We will provide you with a copy of the monthly SDG&E statement for your records if you happen to exceed the cap, but overages are typically only seen during the summer months. To ensure a smooth check-in process, all new ICON guests/residents are required to complete a simple application form after reservation acceptance and sign a basic lease agreement mandated by the building's homeowner’s association. This one-page document will ask for your name, email, and cell number, and I will send it to you via DocuSign for your convenience.
