La Quercia House in the countryside

In a panoramic position 15 km from Florence, it is the only apartment in an ancient restored barn. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the peace of the countryside but also comfortably visit places of art. 3 km away are the towns of Pontassieve and Sieci with all services including railway stations from which, in 20 minutes, you can reach the center of Florence. The wonderful countryside and the proximity to the historic buildings including the church of San Martino make the place enchanting. The space House “La Querce” is located in the countryside within the property's olive grove. On the ground floor there is the large living room-kitchen with wooden ceiling and a bathroom with shower. Going up a few steps you reach a room which can be equipped with two single beds or a double bed. On the first floor a large space with a bunk bed, a large double bedroom and another bathroom with shower. The rooms are all equipped with wardrobe, desk and air conditioning and in the double bedroom it is possible to have a cot bed for small children. Outside, the entire property olive grove and an area in front of the living room equipped with an outdoor dining area are accessible to guests. A lovely terrace with a small sofa will allow you to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Guest access The building includes a single accommodation on two floors with independent access. You will have exclusive access to the area in front of the living room, also equipped for outdoor dining and to the terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. You will also have access to the property's olive grove where we produce our oil. We have access to other service spaces within the building that are completely autonomous and independent of the accommodation. Other things to note From January 1, 2026, the tourist tax has increased from €1.50 to €2.50 per person per night.
