Modern 1 BR with free wifi & aircon

This modern 1 BR guest suite has airconditioning, free wifi & free laundry facilities, located in a quiet street. A portable cooktop will be provided for stays of 3 nights or more. NO PETS ALLOWED. Local attractions are Port Kembla beach and Nan Tien Buddhist temple. A shopping centre, restaurants, & fast food stores are only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. Wollongong/WIN Stadium - 12 min drive UOW - 12 min drive, or a bus to Wollongong then free shuttle bus to uni. The space This airbnb has a queen bed, couch, small dining table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, full length mirror, chest of drawers, a smart TV, and airconditioning/heating. Bed linen and towels are supplied. A bar fridge, microwave, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery and mugs are available for use. The kitchenette has a kettle, sink, tea, coffee sachets, and sugar. *PLEASE NOTE - AIRBNB HAS LIMITED COOKING FACILITIES* We will supply a portable single burner cooktop for those staying 3 nights and more and provide oil, salt and pepper, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a hair dryer. Guest access Washing machine and laundry detergent are free for you to use. There is a clothes line outside or you can use the portable clothes line. An iron, ironing board, clothes hangers, and full length mirror are in the wardrobe. Other things to note We have 2 young children and live upstairs in the house so you may possibly hear noise and footsteps at times. We are generally quiet. We welcome children to our airbnb. One infant is welcome to stay for free, sleeping in the existing bed. Or you can bring your own bassinet/portacot and linen. We have a box with toys and books to entertain your child. LIMIT OF 2 ADULTS AND ONE INFANT. Sorry no pets allowed. You will be reported to airbnb if we find any evidence of pets, and are liable for any damage caused. Please note there are steps going down to the airbnb so this place will not suit those with mobility issues. Check in time is 3pm, unless earlier time is requested and can be accommodated. Check out time is 10am. A late check out needs to be requested in advance. Parking is on the street. Parking is not allowed in the driveway unless permission is given. Thank you.
