Featuring 2 south-facing terraces, our typical Pyrenees stone and slate village house in the heart of Bordères-Louron, is ideal for a summer or winter discovery stay in the Louron Valley. The resorts of Peyragudes, Saint-Lary and Val-Louron are a 15-minute drive away, the lively villages of Arreau and Loudenvielle are 10 minutes away (Balnéa, lake, restaurants). The valley offers multiple spring/summer activities: walks, hikes, biking, paragliding, fishing, canyoning, activities for children. The space The entrance to the house is through the night area. There is a storage room and a washing machine. One bedroom with a 140 x 190 double bed, and one bedroom with two 90 x 190 single beds. Each room is equipped with a large storage closet. A bathroom and a toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, the main room faces south, with a 140 x 190 sofa bed, a large dining table for 8 people, fireplace, and TV area. The kitchen open to the living room is fully furnished with 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel sink. You will also find all the comfort accessories: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric juicer, raclette set, mini electric griddle. On the terrace, you can have lunch at a large table with 6 chairs, barbecue and umbrella available. For the fireplace, wood is not provided, possibility to buy it in the supermarkets of the valley. No wifi, but good connection on classic networks, so possibility to use the smart TV in connection sharing. Other things to note The cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenants: The cleaning of the floors, kitchen elements, bathroom (sink, bathtub, etc.), toilet, small and large appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, etc.) must be carried out before departure. Linens and towels are not provided. However, you will have the opportunity to rent: - Sheets for a double bed (Queen size bed pack: 2 pillowcases, 2 flat sheets) - Sheets for a single bed (Small bed pack: 1 pillowcase, 2 flat sheets) - Bath towels, —> Bath towels —> Small towel - Bathroom mat Rental service with Mélodie, our manager who will inform you of the rates offered. To do so, you will need to notify her 10 days before your arrival. A deposit check of €150 will be given upon arrival, which will only be cashed if the cleaning has not been done, or has been done incorrectly.
