For longer stays, additional towel refreshes, cleaning, or bedding can be arranged for a small service fee. • If your booking is for 3 guests, the second bed will automatically be prepared and included in the reservation. If your booking is for 2 guests but you would like the second bed made up, this can be arranged for an additional one off fee $45 USD, which helps cover the extra laundry and cleaning. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for your arrival. Checkout Guests can choose either: • Free self check-out by sending photos as outlined in the welcome pack • Paid assisted check-out if you prefer someone to attend the unit • Our condo’s A/C is powered by the 'Cuby Smart Controller', optimizing energy use to reduce carbon emissions. This eco-friendly system ensures efficient cooling only when needed, supporting the 'UN’s goals to combat global warming'. Enjoy a smarter, greener stay with us! • Shared hot tub with a distinctive glass bottom, located above reception. Open year-round ask reception for hours (just point up for the tub you are referring to!). Electricity & Air Conditioning: Included in Your Stay We include 7 kWh of electricity per day, which comfortably covers AC in your bedroom overnight plus normal daily use — the way most guests actually stay. We keep it metered rather than "unlimited" so we can keep our nightly rates lower for everyone, rather than building a big AC buffer into the price whether you use it or not. If you go over (usually only if AC is running in multiple rooms all day), it's an easy 4 MXN/kWh based on the checkout meter reading.
