With two primary suites, two families can easily enjoy the lake-front location. 3 levels provide space for all with main-floor covered patio and private hot tub, upper-level living quarters and private pool on lake level. Amenities include ping-pong, foosball, laser tag and pool table. Relax by an outdoor fire in the large open air patio on cooler nights or watch the sunset over the lake from the upstairs balcony. The space THINGS TO KNOW Water levels at this property fluctuate due to drought conditions. The property backs up to the lake but water levels may not allow for boats at the dock. The pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels. Parking notes: There is free parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. No on-street parking is allowed. Security camera details: Home has 3 cameras. Ring doorbell on front, 1 on the garage and one overlooking the backyard. Wi-Fi routers are not listening devices, microphones have been turned off. Noise ordinance: The City of Lago Vista enforces a strict noise ordinance, so outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm and 7 am. While there are enough beds to sleep 10, two rooms have bunk beds, and might not be adequate for all adults.
