Set on 10 scenic acres along the St. Vrain River, WeeCasa is home to 22 unique tiny houses surrounded by snow-dusted peaks, quiet river views, and crisp mountain air. Step outside to explore nearby trails at Hall Ranch, climb at Button Rock, or enjoy peaceful winter walks along the St. Vrain. Take a scenic drive through South St. Vrain Canyon to the Peak to Peak Byway or Rocky Mountain National Park for stunning snowy landscapes. After a day of adventure, gather around the firepits (wood provided), enjoy lawn games, or unwind by the river. The cozy lobby invites you to slow down with warm coffee, books, and board games—perfect for long winter evenings. Just a short walk to downtown Lyons and an easy drive to Boulder and Longmont, WeeCasa is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a serene Colorado winter getaway. Guest access Guests will have convenient access to parking areas located just steps from the tiny home. Upon arrival, check-in takes place at the WeeShare House, located at the entrance to the property. Up to two keys will be provided at check-in. For added flexibility, self-check-in is also available with prior notice. Please note that there are other tiny homes available for rent on the property, so while your space is private, you'll be sharing the overall grounds with other guests. Other things to note WeeCasa Lyons is a unique tiny house resort with a variety of charming tiny homes to choose from, making it a perfect spot for couples, families, or anyone curious to experience the tiny house lifestyle—even if just for a few nights! Our 10-acre property serves as a quiet, private park for guests during the week, with open grassy areas, river access, and space to relax. On some weekends, the adjacent River Bend venue hosts weddings or events. While not every weekend is booked, guests may notice occasional activity, especially on Saturday afternoons and evenings. Shared outdoor spaces remain open for guest use throughout. If you're staying in a home with a loft, please take care when using the stairs. The railing is there to help, so feel free to use it for support. Like most tiny homes, the loft has limited headroom, so just keep that in mind as you move around.
