Nestled on 10 snowy acres along the sparkling St. Vrain River, WeeCasa offers 22 charming tiny homes surrounded by twinkling lights, crisp winter air, and mountain magic. Step outside to enjoy winter walks at Hall Ranch, peaceful snowy trails at Button Rock, or scenic drives through South St. Vrain Canyon to the Peak to Peak Byway and Rocky Mountain National Park—all just minutes away. After a day of frosty adventures, warm up by the crackling firepits (wood provided), sip cocoa in the cozy lobby, or relax with books and board games while the snow falls outside. Within walking distance of festive downtown Lyons and a short drive to Boulder and Longmont, WeeCasa is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate the wonder of a Colorado winter. Guest access Guests will have convenient access to parking areas located just steps from the tiny home. Upon arrival, check-in takes place at the WeeShare House, located at the entrance to the property. Up to two keys will be provided at check-in. For added flexibility, self-check-in is also available with prior notice. Please note that there are other tiny homes available for rent on the property, so while your space is private, you'll be sharing the overall grounds with other guests. Other things to note WeeCasa Lyons is a unique tiny house resort with a variety of charming tiny homes to choose from, making it a perfect spot for couples, families, or anyone curious to experience the tiny house lifestyle—even if just for a few nights! Our 10-acre property serves as a quiet, private park for guests during the week, with open grassy areas, river access, and space to relax. On some weekends, the adjacent River Bend venue hosts weddings or events. While not every weekend is booked, guests may notice occasional activity, especially on Saturday afternoons and evenings. Shared outdoor spaces remain open for guest use throughout. If you're staying in a home with a loft, please take care when using the stairs. The railing is there to help, so feel free to use it for support. Like most tiny homes, the loft has limited headroom, so just keep that in mind as you move around. We want to make sure your stay is as safe and comfortable as it is memorable!
