Sleep soundly in the king bed or cozy full, perfect for couples, tiny tribes, or friend squads of five. Minutes from Phoenicia's charm and in the winter Belleayre mountain's powder, our Cottage is the ultimate Catskills escape. Come to relax and recharge, or make your own adventure here at the Cottage The space Situated at the base of a mountain on 10 picturesque acres, this Cottage comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all located on the ground floor. The Cottage is one of two units at the Serenity Estate, across the driveway from our neighboring Farmhouse unit. The two units face each other, with Farmhouse parking on the left and Cottage parking on the right. Both units are entirely separate, with no shared spaces. Please note: The Farmhouse may be rented at the same time as the Cottage, so there is a chance you will see other guests on the property during your stay. Guests receive an access code for the front door before check-in. Other things to note Cell Service: Expect limited cell service, but the dedicated WiFi router ensures connectivity. Enable "WiFi Enabled Calling" for phone calls. General Water Use: Drinkable spring water treated with UV light. Manage water pressure by running one major item at a time In case of low water, wait 3-4 hours; contact us if issues persist. We allow pets please do not let them on beds. Additional cleaning fees will apply. Any pet snuck in will have an automatic $ 1000 penalty.
