Guest access During your stay, guests will have access to the building’s gym, coworking space, laundry room, bicycle parking, and the entertainment area on the rooftop. Common areas of the building do not require a reservation and are freely accessible to guests. Event and party spaces are not available to guests. The building also has a Lavô laundry facility on the second floor. The laundry features three washing machines and three dryers. The services are PAID and operate via credit card payment at a self-service kiosk next to the machines. The locker service at the building entrance is for common use. Upon entering the lobby, you can check with the concierge about how it works. The building also has a vending machine in the lobby for purchasing snacks. Payment is made via the Mercado Quadrado app. Other things to note We do not change linen or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer as an additional service: - Linen change: R$ 100.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 bed set) - Towel change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat) - We offer cleaning services during your stay: R$ 130.00. It must be scheduled.
