Welcome to Sycamore Cottage Tutbury, a unique cosy cottage with just enough space for 4. The property is not suitable for children under 8yrs or those with limited mobility. Situated in a picturesque village with boutique shops, restaurants, country pubs, scenic walks and within 30min drive of Alton Towers. Peacocks can often be seen at the top of the village at dusk. During your stay you can make exclusive use of the large jacuzzi with outdoor TV, field views and outdoor dining furniture. The space Please be aware the space is open plan and very compact, with very limited head room on the mezzanine level which only has a double mattress within it and also steep stairs up to it, therefore it is not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. The sofa bed in the main area is a small double with a tv mounted opposite and there are 2 chairs and a table that can be brought out when needed. Once the sofa bed is out there is only enough space to walk around the bed area. The kitchenette has an air fryer, hob and toaster for cooking, fridge and freezer (no oven or microwave). Outside there is a large jacuzzi which guests have sole use of during their stay and an outside TV showing basic sky channels. There is also a large seated patio area. Guest access Free parking for up to 2 cars at the front of the hosts house. Access is through the side of the hosts garden and via a key safe, code will be given on or before arrival. Guests have private use of the jacuzzi. Other things to note Unfortunately, the property is unsuitable for children under the age of 8 and the mezzanine area is also unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. A double mattress fills the mezzanine area and it also has very limited head room for example you are unable to fully sit up on one side of the mattress. The sofa bed in the main area is a small double and once the bed is out there is enough room to walk around the bed only. The property is small and very compact, please be mindful of this when booking especially for groups of 3 or 4. Complementary, hot drinks, cereal, bread, butter, jam and orange juice is provided. There is free parking for up to 2 cars in front of the hosts property. A short, 5 minute walk around the corner takes you to the local amenities, pubs, Indian restaurant (Gorka palace, please book in advance) and restaurants. The property is a stand alone building situated at the back of the hosts house. Access is to the side and garden of the hosts property.
