You can walk on the Izmir coastline, which is only 500 meters away, shop from the tradesmen on the streets, go to indoor shopping centers and spend time in the cafes nearby. You can easily reach all parts of Izmir by tram or car, which is 10 minutes away. For those traveling with their own vehicle, it is only a few minutes' drive to all main roads and the highway. There is no private parking lot for the building. Those who come with their vehicles have to park their vehicles on the street.
