Apartment located in the hamlet of Cavi di Lavagna, just 50 meters from the beaches. The accommodation is suitable for families or groups of friends and is a five-minute drive from the center of Lavagna and all services. Convenient for visiting the nearby towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Moneglia up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour's journey. Cavi is also 40 km from Genoa. Free private parking. The space Located on the first floor of a building of two, the accommodation is composed of a living area divided into a living room with sofa, armchair and dining table and an open kitchen equipped with everything that can be used to prepare and consume meals during the living room: hob with gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery. Here you will also find the washing machine, which can be used during your stay. In the apartment there are two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the second with a bunk bed made up of two single beds in the lower part and a third in the upper part. You will also find a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your personal belongings. Finally there is a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures and a bathtub that can also be used as a shower thanks to the presence of a hand shower. Bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company and are included in the price. It will be present in the house depending on the number of guests of the reservation. The accommodation comes with free PRIVATE PARKING. Pets are allowed and a variable supplement may be required based on the number and period of stay. There is NO Wi-Fi connection. There is NO air conditioning. In the winter the heating is autonomous. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no space shared with others. ATTENTION: In the building you will see a private elevator for the exclusive use of the condominiums, therefore not usable by you guests. Therefore to reach the entrance you will need to climb the stairs. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. In the building you will see a private lift for the exclusive use of the condominiums, therefore not usable by guests. Therefore to get to the entrance you will need to climb the stairs. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Lavagna applies a tourist tax of €1/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. However, we ask you to respect the following rules: - animals must NOT climb on the beds, sofas or armchairs - you will be charged an extra cost or asked for a refund for any damage and/or need for extra cleaning if the previous instructions are not respected. OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO THE APARTMENT By car, along the A12 motorway with exit at Lavagna. Then continue for about 5 km to arrive at the house. Travel by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting to the Central Station which operate in each terminal approximately every half hour. Regional or intercity trains depart from the Central Station towards Genoa-La Spezia, stopping at Lavagna station (approximately three hours' journey, often with changes at Genova Piazza Principe station). From Lavagna you can reach the hamlet of Cavi by bus, taxi or train (the Cavi railway station, however, has a limited number of train passages so it is always better for those traveling by public transport to use the main Lavagna station to arrive and then use other means to reach Cavi). The bus stop is about a few meters from the house. Cavi station one minute walk. From Pisa Galilei airport Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that directly connect the airport to Pisa Central Station. Operating every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (approximately 5 minute journey). From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop at Lavagna station (approximately two journeys depending on the type of train chosen). From Lavagna you can reach the hamlet of Cavi by bus, taxi or train (the Cavi railway station, however, has a limited number of train passages so it is always better for those traveling by public transport to use the main station of Lavagna to arrive and then use other means to reach Cavi). The bus stop is about a few meters from the house. Cavi station one minute walk. From Colombo airport in Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus stopping outside the Arrivals area you can get to the Genova Piazza Principe train station in about 30 minutes. The service runs every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all routes on the AMT network. Children up to 4 years travel for free. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from Principe station towards La Spezia with a stop at Lavagna station (approximately an hour's journey).
