Please keep the animals indoors. This room features an adjustable queen bed, perfect for budget vacationers or busy travelers needing a rest. I rent a second room that can accommodate families. This comfortable home features three bedrooms upstairs, along with a convenient laundry room and a full bathroom. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a half bath. Coffee and flavored soda bar available ***Please note that the basement is off-limits. ***Parking is challenging. If you don't secure a first-come, first-served space, you will need to park a short walk away (I will send you details before check in). For ease, we recommend using ride-share apps. This is a very safe, walkable neighborhood. ***I enter through the garage which can be noisy and sometimes startling Guest access Guests have access to their room (Room 1), the shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The shared bathroom is cleaned frequently, though it is shared and has a few paint stains in the tub. Leave the washer lid open after use.
