Welcome to our happy place, Waters Edge! Located within the beautiful Tattershall Lakes on the much sought-after The Fairway. We are lakeside with our own private fishing peg. Beautiful large open plan living space, dining & kitchen area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and walk in wardrobe plus an en-suit shower room & toilet. Two further bedrooms with twin single beds - additional room on a sofa bed in the main living area. Wrap around decking with hot tub over looking the lake. The space Spacious lounge with vaulted ceilings & spot lighting. Large comfortable sofa's complete with cushions and blankets. One sofa is also a double pull out bed. Fully equipped kitchen, all you need for a comfortable stay. 1 x King sized bed, Master bedroom 2 x Twin bedrooms, full sized single beds 1 x pull out sofa bed. Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Linen & towels are all included in the price. Pets are allowed (up to 2 dogs) with an additional fee of £20 per animal and a fully refundable deposit of £100 upon inspection after check out Guest access You have full access to all areas of our lodge and the fishing lake. The swans and wildlife will approach the lodge (food avaliable) Other things to note Please note: Passes for access to the amenities within the lakes are available upon request - Please find the price breakdown for guest passes (photo uploaded) highlighted in yellow for our lodge - these are set by the park You can pre-book swimming slots 3 weeks prior to arrival. Fishing licences are required for use of the lake - these are purchased through Gov website or at a local post office. You will also have to purchase a fishing pass from The Tackle Shop to fish at the lake. Price from £7.50 to £35 for 7 days. Additional: RAF jets from Conningsby train mid week 10am to 4pm approximately. This can be noisy, however we enjoy the free air show! Night flying happens on occasion during military operations and to train aircrew. Hot tub disclaimer: If a problem occurs sometimes the cold feed is needed to fill the tub when cleaning ready for our guests, if this happens it can take up to 18hrs to get up to temperature 🌡the tub will always be cleaned and refilled for our guests 😊 if any issues occur we will inform guests WiFi disclaimer: Our WiFi router is SIM card due to not being able to be ethernet. When the park is busy in peak times the local mast signal can become unreliable due to high demand in the area. If this happens our router will sometimes not work, you can use your own phones to connect to the TV however this will use your own data so it would be guests choice.
