Ferrucci Chichiriviche House

“Casa Ferrucci” can fit 9 people. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Our house was freshly renovated in 95%. All bedrooms have A/C in excellent condition and operability, including La sala and kitchen. The house has a large outdoor area with two pools and outdoor kitchen, it has its grilling area. The house has capacity to park 3 Cars and has electric fencing soundproof power plant and Wifi. Other things to note The house is divided into two, an area where the person in charge of the care and maintenance of the house lives and the area that is ready to welcome our guests, which has all the necessary privacy. That person in charge provides Lanchas service (extra cost). Playa Norte is about 200 meters away and can be easily reached by foot. To get to the pier (Malecón) you can reach it in five minutes by car. From the pier take the Lanchas to go the islands.
